Answer
The Shared Education Act (NI) 2016 requires the Department of Education to lay a report before the Assembly every two years on the operation of the Act and section 2(3) of the Education Act (NI) 2014. The report must include statements on the extent to which the purpose of Shared Education has been achieved.
To date, two reports have been laid:
Advancing Shared Education - Report to the Northern Ireland Assembly May 2018; and
Advancing Shared Education – Report to the Northern Ireland Assembly June 2020
A copy of both reports can be accessed via the link https://www.education-ni.gov.uk/articles/what-shared-education
