Answer
After careful consideration of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and to ensure support is continued for the self-employed, I have decided that the current easement of the suspension of the Minimum Income Floor in Universal Credit that was due to expire on 12 November 2020 will be extended to 30 April 2021.
Regulations to give effect to this extension will be made prior to 12 November 2020.
