AQW 26687/17-22 Written question to the Minister for Infrastructure
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure whether she will provide an urgent assessment of the A20 Shore Road, Kircubbin at the quay, where extensive coastal erosion has removed the harbour wall taking away a significant portion of the land between the lough and the road.

I understand that the harbour at Kircubbin is in private ownership and therefore is the responsibility of the land owner. Concerns have been raised previously with my officials about the erosion issue and also about the lack of a secure boundary to this private facility. These concerns have been passed on to the harbour owner and the Health and Safety Executive.
