To ask the Minister for Communities (i) why the Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit has not been paid since the 5 January 2022; (ii) how many people have been affected; and (ii) what action is being taken to ensure ongoing staffing issues do not cause the weekly payment to stop.

My Department’s Industrial Injuries Branch is not impacted by staff shortages and continues to make Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit payments
