To ask the Minister of Health (i) how many GP surgeries across the South Eastern Trust area have requested to reduce the area they are contracted to cover; and (ii) to provide (a) the name of the surgery; (b) the date the request was submitted; and (c) the response provided.

The SPPG have received three applications from South Eastern area GP practices to reduce their practice boundary in 2022/2023.
The applications were received on 5/5/2022, 7/4/2022 and 17/5/2022. For confidential reasons the SPPG cannot provide the GP Practice details.
The three GP practices will be advised of the SPPG decision when applications for Belfast, Northern, Southern and Western area practices have been reviewed and agreed by SPPG. All applications are discussed with Local Medical Committee representatives
