AQW 14500/22-27 Written question to the Minister for Infrastructure
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure whether he will review and update the Section 10B bus permits to replicate the Section 22 and Section 19 permits for Community Transport, as used elsewhere in the UK, enabling the sector to provide not-for-profit routes in rural areas and services that will meet Department of Health procurement rules.
