AQW 15376/22-27 Written question to the Minister for Infrastructure
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure whether customers who have unused ferry tickets due to expire during the period when the ferry service is cancelled will be granted an extension to the use by date of those tickets, at least equivalent to the length of time the ferry service is cancelled.

I can confirm that during the period of temporary suspension journeys which expire will be honoured by My Department. Officials have issued a SMS message to all current subscribers advising of this.
