Answer
There are a number of existing Land & Property Services (LPS) online services that can be found through the NI Direct website. These include Paying Rates Online, Searching Valuation Lists (https://www.nidirect.gov.uk/campaigns/guide-rates) and Mapping Services (https://www.nidirect.gov.uk/services/osni-online-map-shop). Additionally, many LPS Open Datasets are available through the OpenDataNI portal (https://admin.opendatani.gov.uk/group/property?organization=land-property).
The LPS Transformation Programme will increase the level of online service provision across Land Registration, Valuation and Rating services. The first of these projects will implement a full range of transformed online services for Land Registration between October 2026 and October 2027.
