Answer
This issue is an operational matter for the Housing Executive, and I have sought the requested information from the Chief Executive, who has advised me that:
“The Housing Executive plan to carry out modelling and analysis of Waiting List data in relation to the cumulative impact of the agreed points changes which are being implemented under the Fundamental Review of Allocations, including the removal of Intimidation Points. Given the inter-dependencies, further modelling and analysis will examine the collective impact of all these key points changes on the Waiting List. This work will inform decisions on the remaining changes to be implemented, including the introduction of banding.”
