Answer

My Department is currently undertaking a phased review of community transport. The review will only consider the community transport operators and schemes funded by my Department and does not extend to the wider community transport sector across the North of Ireland.

The Department is also reviewing the operation of the Section 10B permits scheme. The Section 10B permits review will examine the efficiency and effectiveness of the permits scheme across the community transport sector, including both funded and non-funded organisations.
