AQW 29053/22-27 Written question to the Minister of Finance

To ask the Minister of Finance to outline when the Planning (General Permitted Development) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015, Part 2 Installation of Domestic Microgeneration Equipment, C1 (b) will be reviewed and updated to provide permitted development for the installation of more than 14 square metres of stand-alone, ground level, solar panelling for a domestic premises.

I have currently no plans to review the permitted development rights for the installation of Domestic Microgeneration Equipment at this stage.
