AQW 31293/22-27 Written question to the Minister for Communities

To ask the Minister for Communities to confirm what support will be provided to football clubs that do not have a home ground and were unsuccessful in applying for stadia funding under the Northern Ireland Football Fund, such as Ards FC.

All clubs who were not selected in the prioritised cohort have been offered the opportunity to contact my officials to arrange a meeting to discuss their applications and receive feedback.

I have also offered to meet those unsuccessful clubs who feel such a meeting would be beneficial and am due to meet representatives from Ards football club shortly.
