This issue is an operational matter for Northern Ireland Housing Executive.
I have sought the requested information from the Chief Executive, who has advised me as follows:
“Recoupments from 2024/25 have not yet occurred in the 2025/26 year. The Supporting People team are in the process of managing 2024/25 provider financial returns and recoupments of unspent Supporting People grant funding will be considered following this process.”
