Answer

The policy for access to stations is operated by Translink is set out in the Public Service Agreement (PSA) between Translink and my Department. This allows eligible operators of public passenger transport services to request access to Translink stations in line with these procedures.

Whilst I recognise the importance of community transport and how it can contribute to multi modal transport opportunities, there is no plan to review this section of the PSA, or legislation, to enable organisations, grant funded by my department, to collect and drop off passengers in Translink operated bus stations at present. However, this can be kept under consideration when the PSA is reviewed.
