To ask the Minister for Communities to detail whether the £63million of unclaimed benefits delivered via the Make the Call Wraparound Service, as outlined in his Department's press release on 16 Dec 2025, has been delivered from the Make the Call Wraparound Service alone, or if any other partner agencies were involved in supporting those accessing welfare support.

Answer
The £63million of unclaimed benefits was generated through direct engagement with the Make the Call Wraparound Service. While referrals are received from partner organisations, the recorded outcomes reflect the Department’s direct assessment, advisory and outreach support, which led to the successful uptake of benefit entitlements.
