To ask the Minister for Communities to list the organisations, including any public sector bodies, and the geographical area they cover, where staff will receive the COVID recognition payment of £500; and whether she has taken any action to protect recipients on welfare benefits from having this payment deducted from benefit.

The Recognition Payment scheme is still in development and I will be considering all aspects of the scheme including potential impact on benefits. My Officials will also investigate how any impacts may be mitigated.
